John W. Dickie

John has practiced residential tenancy law and government relations since 1981, and property tax law since 1990. John has also acted in related litigation and commercial lease disputes since 1981. John has written numerous articles and books and has given many seminars and talks for the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO), formerly the Fair Rental Policy Organization of Ontario, the Eastern Ontario Landlord Organization (EOLO), the Real Estate Board of Ottawa-Carleton and the Ontario Real Estate Association.

S. David Lyman

David has practiced residential tenancy law, property tax law, government relations, commercial tenancy law and litigation with John Dickie since 1999. In association with John, David has become a trusted voice for landlords in Ottawa. David has represented many of the largest landlords in Ottawa as well as many other local and national landlords.

Chris K. Becker

Chris articled with the City of Ottawa in 2007-08, where he served as a prosecutor before the Ontario Court of Justice and also represented the City in civil matters. Chris has also represented numerous parties before the Landlord and Tenant Board. Chris will be appearing for landlords before the Board, and assisting John and David with government relations and litigation.
